REPORTING MAINTENANCE

 EMERGENCIES:

In case of an emergency, please contact the management office immediately at (708-229-9240).  If you do not receive an answer, please leave a message.

If you get voice mail, please leave a detailed message with as much information as possible.  Please include a contact number so that we may call you back.  

Some examples of emergencies are:

  • No heat in the winter.

  • A plumbing leak or sewer stoppage that cannot be contained.

  • A blown fuse or a circuit breaker needs to be reset.  

  • No electricity at all, please contact ComEd first at 1-800-EDISON1 (1-800-334-7661).

  • A gas odor.

  • A potential fire hazard or condition.
